We try and organize events that will cater for people of all abilities to ultimately help maximize the funds raised for these very worthwhile causes. As long as you are generally of good health and do not have any serious medical conditions that affect your well-being then you are ready to be a part of this adventure.
The chosen charity that will be supported by this year’s event will be Alzheimer’s Research UK which is the UK’s leading dementia research charity, dedicated to causes, diagnosis, prevention, treatment and cure. To find out more about this organization and the work they do, please visit their website on https://www.alzheimersresearchuk.org/.

You can of course continue to support the charity by making donations using their website at any point in the future.
